So to summarize, the following players will reach 5 years of service time in 2019 if they spend the entire season on the active roster up to:

Chase Anderson: 4/22
Erik Kratz: 4/14
Jimmy Nelson: 5/31
Hernan Perez: 6/28

Jonathan Schoop, Dan Jennings, and Xavier Cedeno have all been non-tendered and removed from the 40-man.

So, if these guys are still in the organization they have to be on the 25 man roster on opening day unless they are injured:

Kratz, Broxton, Santana, Albers, Houser, Thames

along with the obvious guys we'd want to roster anyway: Chacin, Jeffress, Aguilar, Pina, Perez, Braun, Yelich and Cain

Keon Broxton traded to the Mets. Bobby Wahl received as part of the return and takes his place on the 40-man. He has 2 option years remaining.

Players on the 40 man have to be optioned to the minor leagues.

Since Dubon was added to the 40 man after the 2017 season his first option was used when he was sent to Colo Springs to open the 2018 season.

- I totally forgot to update this when Santana was traded for Gamel, and have corrected that.
- Just so I don't forget when it's made official, I've gone ahead and added Grandal.
