It has been since early yesterday afternoon. Waiting for a Lucroy deal then having one now it might fall through.

Fan is short for fanatic.
I blame Wang.

Just curious, is it the agent's job to deal with housing and other such relocating issues for players in season? I can't imagine a single, A ball player having the time or knowledge to deal with everything that comes with a cross country move.

I always thought teams had people in place for such situations. Kind of like how they have a guy for traveling stuff?

I would assume the big leagues would but I can't see a minor league team having someone for that.

Man oh man, rough month for agent39 (Josh Kusnick) between Jeremy Jeffress and Steve Clevenger (ouch)

One night, you're enjoying the big league starting lineup debut of your client in San Diego while continuing to follow the success of your guy Seth Lugo with the Mets, and the next morning you're helping craft the second high-profile player apology you've had to issue in a month.

Four of Josh's clients are relievers who already had past ties with the Brewers -- Jim Miller, Jaye Chapman, David Herndon, and Phillippe Valiquette. Doesn't mean one could be coming back.

Then there's catcher Steve Clevenger, who had an incredibly awkward departure from his Mariners tenure (and perhaps career) last season.

Not sure if Josh is still officially with these clients, his list is under "Double Diamond Sports Management" over at the MLB Trade Rumors agency database, and the list there is likely incomplete.

agent39- Two questions, which client signed with the Brewers, and what was your opener tonight? Congrats on the recent wave of signings.

Wow, didn't realize RHP Jim Miller had such a flawless independent ball stint in 2016 after his Colorado Springs release - as noted in the post just above, has signed with the Twins.

EDIT: Link fixed from earlier post...

Based on his two most recent Twitter follows, the Milwaukee Brewers and Colorado Sky Sox, I am going to guess that Cody Decker is the answer to this riddle.

The Antihero Ballplayer is currently in Israel preparing with teammates as a kickoff for the World Baseball Classic. Decker would certainly spice up the Brewers social media scene, and for those unfamiliar he recently became engaged to personality Jen Sterger, and is also well know for pulling off one of the greatest baseball pranks in recent history by convincing Jeff Francoeur that one of their teammates was deaf, here is the Prank Video.

It looks like when BrewCrewBall re-tweeted Toby's link to the above, they each un-followed.

By the way, the list of 154 people/players the Brewers' account follows is certainly an eclectic mix of past and present big leaguers and farmhands.

Tweet from Cody Decker...

@Decker6: Contract signed! The big dog is going behind the plate this year, where he belongs! And I always looked my best in Navy Blue!.....

And he also followed every Navy Blue team in MLB. Ever the jokester... I am sticking with the Brewers/Sky Sox prediction.

Congrats on an exciting week for you and your clients, and thanks for keeping us in the loop when possible. Hadn't realized he was in the process of moving to catcher full time, that can't be an easy transition to make at the professional level.
