If the no-hitter is still intact in the 9th, RR has to bat Weeks and Hart 1/2 in the 9th, doesn't he?

Why, so Arroyo can start off the inning with two punch outs?

And how would that be any different than what's already happening? Obviously the overload on the lefties hasn't worked. Get some guys in there who haven't been fooled all night so far. Maybe see it/hit it is the answer. I don't think there really is an answer, but Izturis/PH then Aoki doesn't seem like much of a formula breaking it up, much less making a rally.

Just was checking the score on ESPN and saw our game got highlighted. Then I saw it is Bronson Arroyo. Not good.

How sad is our bullpen that Tim Dillard is the first pitcher up in the 7th during a 3 run game....

Pick one... I'd much rather, without a doubt, 100% surely, rather have Massonet than "Izzy."

That's ridiculous in my eyes. Ishikawa has a career OPS of .740 or so and over .800 this year Maysonet can't match that for a bat off the bench, he's barely better than Izturis.

Not talking about "Ishi", my biggest beef is with "Izzy" being on this roster.

Everyone could feel the magic about to end this inning except for one person...

I was going off your original post where you said Ishikawa is a waste of a roster spot.

Maybe about that time for someone on our team to actually swing at a 1st pitch right down the middle.

Ishikawa IS a waste of a roster spot, he never should have been signed to begin with, he is WW fodder for a reason...

How many times this season have we been no-hit up until or later than the 5th inning?

So, the guy who RR has no faith in, is the guy who spoils the no-no...

Way to go Taylor Green!

EDIT: I love Corey Hart.

(right now anyway)

Way to go Rick. Cut your hair. I'm serious, it's time for a slumpbuster, and that horrible hair has to go...

Axford up now? Is this a matter of him needing work, showcasing KRod in a closing role for a potential trade, or just giving KRod the closer's role outright?

This is Jack Burton in the Pork Chop Express, and I'm talkin' to whoever's listenin' out there.

thank you dusty baker for forgetting that bronson arroyo is still bronson arroyo (and the brewers for finally remembering that). and for shifting against Aoki.
