Happy to hear some mic’d up people on the field, or at least strong mics at field level. Adds a little entertainment.

Really thought that was a double off the bat, especially with Cain running.

And JJ mic’d up pregame was awesome too.

Gifted early run. Let’s keep it to just one.

He’s probably just not used to the weather.

Certainly not a model of consistency.

Interesting session with Yelich.
I preach some of the same things with the high school kids.
I called it stretching the contact zone.

Is it only home plate you can’t block? No way he could get to the base.

Descalso should get spikes drilled into his shins the next time he does that.

I certainly have no regrets about Cain's contract but I'm fully expecting the last 2 years of it to be pretty brutal.

Orlando Arcia’s Statcast sprint speed (26.5 ft/sec) is slower than Pete Alonso’s mark (26.6 ft/sec).

Edit: Arcia’s sprint speed ranks tied for 234th among major leaguers this season.

I picked Cain as my biggest disappointment and while Shaw and Aguilar are running away with those awards, Cain is on his way there.

He still beat the throw, just couldn’t get to the base.

You gotta be more specific. That could literally apply to 6 people in the last 2 minutes, although I know who you mean, lol.
