Unless the Brewers can pull this out it is going to be a very bitter, maddening loss. So many golden scoring chances squandered and some misplays in the field to give the Phillies life.

Good thing they have 119 to go after this then.

Ok, now it might be the most frustrating game of the year.

If there is one thing this board has down pat its small sample size, over hyperbolic, hot takes.

The bullpen is not our weakness, that starting pitching is. Till it proves otherwise, on paper, it’s a pretty bad group.

The Brewers have been advertising that “every game counts”. Last year proved that to be true.

Only scoring 4 runs on 11 hits, several for extra bases, and 8 walks, leaving 14 men on base in 7 innings is going to frustrate me.

119 to go doesn’t make this better now. He didn’t say anything about the season.

Every team is going to look great in 54 games and crappy in 54 games. It's the remaining 54 that decide who is good. Just gotta hope that this is one of the 54 crappy ones.

Perez should've had both of those in LF. He looks lost

Brutal defense all game. That looked like a little leaguer.

Defense has let us down of late.

Brutal game to lose.....if that's how it ends up.

That is where having a nearly full time OF who is pretty consistently nicked up is a killer. Perez is typically ok in the OF, but he's really not an outfielder.

There is no doubt that this is one of the crappy 54. Terrible situational hitting, poor defense, and giving up 7 runs through 7 isn't going to get you many W's.
