"Working press, no autographs. If I was a Brewers fan I'd toss something up to Theo and ask him for an autograph.

Look at Theo AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

That shot of Theo after the Hiura dinger should live on in meme form for decades.

I didn't want to say it at the time, but that alone was practically worth the price of admission. The fact that we just walked it off on their highly-paid closer...that win literally cured what (collectively) ails.

This is why you don't give up on a season in July. August (and after) has the chance of being pretty dang exciting.

Haven’t seen anything like that since that game against the Cardinals last year when Yelich and Braun went back to back with 2 outs in the ninth.

Don’t ever remember the Brewers having two guys with 15 game hitting streaks at the same time.

With road construction pretty much no matter what direction you go.

The Cubs others seem to always come up big against us. Why?

It's not just the Brewers...Bote has big hits for them against seemingly everyone, so does freaking Caratini. Their scrubs win more games for them than there studs do..it's uncanny and frustrating as heck.

For sure. I guess Gamel qualifies for us but we need more.

Saladino with 2 grand slams?

Follow through now. Win tomorrow. Score early. Cruise home and make the Cubs a third place team and hit the panic button at the deadline.

When kimbrel walks Tyler Saladino on a 3-2 curveball. You know he doesn’t have it

Really gotta give it up for Ben Gamel too, unsung hero. Is it too late to get in on the 'send him down' train? [tongue]

He is geared for down in the zone.

I thought to myself the only part of thus matchup I'm worried about is if he comes with high heat. After the first 2 strikes I hoped he would screw up somehow.

Cubs fans are blaming this on the roof closing late in the game.

The Brewers just "poured on" the Homers late! Such a great ending!

Hiura has such a hole in his bat on that high pitch but pitchers are having a hard time hitting that spot apparently. It’s crazy how he can look so bad on one pitch and then in that same at bat smoke one

[rolling eyes] Uh, clearly he doesn't.

Hiura is demolishing pitchers right now with a 1.038 OPS and people are still arguing that he has a massive hole in his swing? (Earlier in the season it was that he couldn't hit fastballs: he tied the game tonight on a 97.2 mph fastball)

Gamel is a clutch monster, but it can't be understated how much joe maddon contributed to this victory. Every move he makes is a bad one. Every brewer fan was thrilled that lester wasn't pitching the 8th

Can we just sign Hiura to a six year extension now

What else could it be?!

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.
