Amazing number of center-center balls being missed by Brewer hitters. Brutal

What is best in life? To crush the Cardinals, Cubs, and Manny Machado, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of their fanboys.

So disappointed with our offense lately. So often we just can't come up with that one hit that we need.

You didn’t even need a hit. But this is Day and age we live in

Such a piss-poor offense. NO way can we have a middle of the pack offense for this much money in this size of market. The underachievement is astounding.

Well, there are a couple lefty bats due up this inning who could use a turnaround. No time like the present.

A come from behind walk-off win would be cool.

It will be Braun delivering this inning

You're going to hit on one of these predictions one of these days.

I mean, in the 5 games since the Cubs series we have scored 30 runs ... not excusing today but still.

Fans would have been better off grabbing their bobblehead and heading out the gate.

That was a pretty dreary defeat.

At least the Brewers managed to go .500 over the last two weeks.

Had our opportunities. Blew them. Familiar theme.

When you are in a playoff race you don’t like to lose games 1-0. That’s pretty pathetic today

The fact that this team cannot consistently score 4-5 runs z game is ridiculous. Watching teams like Yankees and Astros even the Twins and they are just smashing the ball up and down the lineup. I know our guys are getting up in years like Braun and Cain but questions need to be asked at seasons end. If you are going to spend all your resources on bats you can't be this weak offensively.

Well that was pathetic. I keep foolishly hoping the hitting will carry this team for a few weeks but apparently that happened early on and won't happen again.

This teams lineup vs LHP stinks. Period. Stearns fault.

I haven’t been on the Freitas bandwagon, and I’m not likely to hop on enthusiastically, but if it means we can give Grandal a couple days off to reset and hit the cage a little more, I’d be down. And give Perez a start at 3rd for Moose while we’re at it. It’s a brutal stretch of games until the Brewers go to Miami on September 9th, and the squeaky wheels need to get oiled ASAP.
