Braun is the Keston Hiura of outfielders.

Braun is playing timid!

He is playing NOT to get hurt!

But, he is hurting this team!

This team is embarrassing. It's no longer about winning or losing but professionalism. Little league teams look sharper.

That is 100% on Ryan Braun, IMO.

They were earned runs, so Chris Hook is actually to blame.

Cards score 4 runs without hitting a ball hard all inning...

I know the game isnt over, but I'm going to be done watching for the night. This game has been too frustrating.

I would have brought in Hader I think he would be most effective in a role similar to last season using Albers as the closer. The Cardinals just always see to find away.

It's been fun with you guys in the game threads this year...even when I got grief. It's Packer season now, we'll see you all next year. Thanks for having me.

This isn't a playoff team, fellas. If the crappy run differential hasn't convinced you by now, the eye test should. This isn't a very good team. They're probably just as likely to finish with a losing record as they are to make the playoffs.

Where was Albers? Or even Hader? This is the game right here.

You wouldn't even trust Junior Guerra in extras the other day when Jeffress had thrown 30+ pitches, yet you trust him in a bases loaded 1 out situation in a 1 run game against a team you absolutely HAVE to beat?

Mind-boggling decision by Craig Counsell. We deserve to lose. Craig deserves to lose.

So true.
Counsell has been managing like he’s shell-shocked all year. Hundreds and hundreds of bad decisions.

Im sure you'll be back when they sign Madison Bumgarner in January.

Also, it isn't Packer season. It is watch Kizer overthrow 5th string wideouts by 10 feet season.

Braun should have been sent to first base the day Jesus was traded. It's on management again for bad decisions.

Agreed. Instead, they brought up the hottest hitter in the minors and decided to make him a part-time platoon player.

That was the most brutal Windows update ever. Literally started it at first pitch and just finished now.

Braun should be sentenced to first base. He used to be decent in the outfield, but has become such a liability.

[Cue high-pitched Jim Mora voice]: “Playoffs?! Don't talk about playoffs! Are you kidding me? Playoffs?! I'm just hoping we can win a game, another game!”

That’ll do for
The season! Unfortunately football is a distant second for me so I’ll continue to watch this clown show

And now Albers is warming. Well done, Craig. You probably wanted the groundball guy about 20 minutes ago, but what do I know?

If they bring in Albers now that just adds to the bizarre order in which he just deployed his relievers. To your point, if you didn’t use Albers with the game on the line when you needed a double play ball why would you waste him now down three runs?
