Any hard hitting questions from Sophia and Tom?

"Weren't you impressed with Gio tonight?"

"Cain, he looked good in his return tonight, yeah?"

"What are you having for breakfast in the morning?"

Well, as for that last question ... I suppose asking what he is having tonight would be unnecessary ... he and the team are all eating humble pie.

It's time for them to puke that out, and get angry! This team needs to show some heart, some disturbed faces, some pride because we are the reigning division champs! We just look content to go through the motions ... especially Braun in the outfield tonight ... just puky!

Counsell needs to get that pennant for the division championship from last season and make a speech while waving that thing around and saying,

"Let's keep this! Fight for this! Don't just hand it off! Hustle! Pride! We're kings of the hill! Let's push these guys back down! If you're hurt, tell us ... because we want guys who can run hard, play hard, and fight out there with all you got! I'm angry about the way we're playing! I don't think you guys care enough! Get off your duff! Show your stuff! Enough!"

On another topic......I know the MLB draft is a crap shoot.......but Gavin Lux is destroying AAA pitching....a Wisconsin kid that Dodgers picked 20th.......when we picked Ray at number 5.

Would have been a nice option for our future SS.........

Ok,I'm done......

Hindsight is also 20/20. Ray was seen as a good solid pick by pretty much every draft expert at the time. You are right, it is a crapshoot. The fact that the Brewers have two former 1st round rookies up and performing well right now probably defies the odds.

Well, I remember that several posters here felt Puk and Gromme were better choices.

I was hoping the Brewers would take Puk and was blown away when they passed on him when he somehow fell to us when there was almost a 0% chance of him being there for the Brewers to take. I wasn’t posting on here at the time, but Puk was my number 1 target in that draft and was disappointed we didn’t draft him.
