Braun out of the lineup again after playing one day in a row. I get giving Grisham some starts but we aren't quite out of it yet, I wonder if Braun's knee is bothering him, it just doesn't make a lot of sense to leave him out when he has been hitting pretty well for a while now.

You dare to question a line-up?

Balls man, big balls...

Braun’s second half so far: .330/.395/.623/1.018

LOL yeah it has just been sort of strange the last couple of weeks with Braun and all the off days. I get he needs maintenance days but it's time to get going RIGHT NOW, not that many games left. Are they saving him for the playoffs?

Like the roster moves, sigh of relief Chacín gone, was concerned he’d throw another pitch for this team. Spangenberg should upgrade the hitting at SS, give the team a boost with the bat. Good job Stearns. This team getting ready to take off.

First two men get on, Yelich/Moose/Hiura coming up, can't come up empty like that.

Yup, Spangy is the kind of player that makes the team "take off" for sure...

We could've got Arcia to do that and have better defense.

"You're not going to have him when you want him and you're going to run out of games. He can't pitch 90 games. It's just not going to work. If anyone thinks it's going to work, show me how."- Craig Counsell on Josh Hader.

Pitchers like Gallen are the reason we still have 4 hour games.

Is spangenberg what we are talking about when the term "move the needle" gets brought up all the time?

I don't think I've ever seen a team that hated scoring as much as they liked getting on base. Typically the two go hand in hand.
