Wonder where we rank in batting average and ops with the base loaded this season?

It would surprise le if we weren't in the bottom 10......but their are lots of bad teams so,I could be wrong.

Nelson and Suter are doing at San Antonio for an extended period of time.

Nelson has pitched 14 innings for San Antonio since he got sent down and has walked 9.

Most of those came in his first few appearances, last 6 appearance’s he’s been fantastic 10+ IP > 21 Ks.

Suter and Nelson. That’s 2 secret weapon’s. Peralta’s can be a weapon. There’s more on the pitching side. But devoid of position prospects, if moose has a broken wrist, that’s a major problem. But we have Spangenberg.

A phrase not uttered since he was in high school. [laughing]

I think we've seen more than enough examples this year that what somebody does in AAA didn't mean a hill of beans when they got up to the big show.

"You're not going to have him when you want him and you're going to run out of games. He can't pitch 90 games. It's just not going to work. If anyone thinks it's going to work, show me how."- Craig Counsell on Josh Hader.

Man, there was no way I figured Gio to get through 5 tonight. Not that it did us any GOOD, but just getting through 5 might save the bullpen and give us a chance in the next 2 games.

Gio wasn't that bad. Take out his worst inning and this baby is tied!

Maybe, but looking at the last 6 appearances with your BB’s with my stats, looks great, actually.

For the sake of discussion, let’s say you’re right on Nelson, how many innings could anyone reasonably expect the Brewers to give him in 2019, and for that matter 2020 after barely pitching at all for so long?

No comment from me on 2020. Let’s see what he does in September first. I don’t know anything but the stats, and based on that, he looks to have improved considerably since his last go round.

I read on twitter that we now have given up more runs then we did all of last season. Still over a month to go!

Epic fail for Stearns and Hook........

Runs allowed per game will be up to at least 5 .03 after this one.
Just continue to climb.

13 out of 15 NL teams. That's pretty bad

Yellow shirt right behind home plate. Showing more cleavage than Amy.

To be fair. I agree with brew crew on this. You can’t really go with stat comparisons from last year. There obviously is something up this year

But we are close to bottom of the league in runs given up. That’s horrible compared to last year
