At the game, Houser's command not great today. Asking for trouble against this offense with the walks.

Can't keep falling behind with 3 ball counts and giving up free passes. This offense is too good to let you get away with that.

These shifts are so goofy. It would have been nice to get a double play on that

Brewers are probably, going to have to sweep the cubs this weekend. 3 out of 4. Might not even be enough if we lose ground today and tomorrow

71 pitches in 3 innings......yikes

Think we might see Suter today?

I liked a lot of what I saw from Grisham when he came up, but he looks overmatched lately.

Lately, yes. I’m not going to hold anybody’s performance against Cole against them, though, even if it is part of a worrying trend.

What is best in life? To crush the Cardinals and Cubs, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of their fanboys.

Houser could still be having issues with his hip, last 2 starts command not there.

I understand Cole is tough, but you got a guy on 2nd with no one out and the meat of your order coming up and you can't even advance him. It's a season recurring theme.

I wonder where the brewers are in making outs outside of the zone compared to the rest of the league

It seems like nobody throws them strikes. They might get some walks but they swing at crap

Suter is up in the pen. I repeat, Suter is up in the pen.

"Dustin Pedroia doesn't have the strength or bat speed to hit major-league pitching consistently, and he has no power......He probably has a future as a backup infielder if he can stop rolling over to third base and shortstop." Keith Law, 2006

Two bunts. One swinging. That’s how you win games!!!!

Problem is the next guy will probably strike out

When you look at the Astros rotation and lineup they have to be a a solid favorite to win the World Series, even over the Yankees and Dodgers. Their record is pretty amazing considering some of the injuries they’ve had.

If the Brewers had to play the Astros 162 times they’d be lucky to win 40.

If they could win one of two this week to make it 2-2 for the season that would be a plus.
