BA just said it was a sell-out today...

Pretty much always like this when the Packers and Brewers are playing at the same time.

It's nice to know Arcia still is actually swinging a bat

Hopefully nothing wrong with Woodruff. Thought they would push the pitch count up a little bit today.

Seems like Rock and BA could benefit from logging onto BF.net, they're concerned about Woodruff exiting the game, but it would seem that they are both managing his recovery back into starting and lining him up for playoff scenarios

Yeah, that is concerning. Not a fan if they are just pulling him due to pitch count. Gotta stretch him out a little more than this.

Arcia has looked a lot better at the plate as of late. He's had a good approach to RF and now the dinger. Hopefully, he can heat up a bit now heading towards the playoffs as he did a season ago.

Do you think they just don't want him to swing a bat yet?

There's 2 outs. have his stand that and take 3 pitches.

I'm good with them not pushing Woody too much. I would rather we be careful with what could be our best chance at a homegrown ace as we've had in recent memory.

Will be a short playoff start if he’s only stretched out to 35 pitches. If they don’t want him to swing, tell him not to swing....

Just ridiculously long lines at the gates today

A lot of people were probably in line early to get the giveaway knit hat. That is one of the best promo items they have.

Plus the drippy weather probably sent some tailgaters in early.

I believe they want options for Brandon, depending on if it’s a wild card game, or play-in, or DS game. Blurred lines this postseason. He could be pitching like he did last year. 3 innings at 97-100.

Makes me more suspicious when Jackson follows up Woody instead of Gio. Maybe CC is just a genius and knew Jackson would have his best inning ever and strike out the side.

My guess is that the 35 pitches through 2 innings had something to do with him coming out.

I also don’t think they have any expectations that he’s going to be going 6 innings by the time the wild card game comes around.

I’d be on board if it was an arm injury.

Just seems like one of the few guys we have that could match a Scherzer in a playoff. If he starts a playoff game and is throwing well, will be rough taking the ball after 3.

They see him and work with him every day so I’ll trust it. Getting to 45 or so today would’ve been ideal though.
