Finally reviewed Milwaukee.

The Brewers are making use of whatever is left in their July 2nd (2018) draft pool, the latest are four signings:

RHP Alexander Cornielle is out of the Dominican Republic, here is his 2017 Perfect Game profile page (he's 17 now).

We won't know more about these other three players until their player pages are created:

Catcher Nader Garcia

Pitcher Ramon Carrasco

Pitcher Stanley Encarnacion

A sentence from that article... “Another prominent Mexican League prospect who had been caught in limbo, catcher Fernando Villalobos, has been expected to sign with the Brewers. He ranked as Baseball America's No. 34 international prospect for July 2 last year in the current 2018-19 signing period.

If I am reading the article correctly I believe Villalobos is now free to sign with the Brewers.

So I just realized the Mets ended up signing Fernando Villalobos last June with the International Bonus Pool money they acquired in late-May by trading Keon Broxton to the Orioles.

...Mind blown. [ohwell]
