Casey two good ABs tonight no hits. I think he;s gonna be fine. That middle infield however......anything on Barmes to the CRew?

Nope. He's off because it's a day game after a night game tomorrow and Gallardo has owned him in the past so said the Houston broadcast.

And Lucroy drops the hammer. Now Gallardo just needs to keep the pitch count down.

So does Ax have the night off? He's pitched in four straight IIRC.

He did not pitch last night.
If I wasn't so lazy I could've checked the box score from last night and seen that Loe closed it out. If this keeps up Axford will get another night off tonight.

Aw, that Polly Pocket guy is pinch-hitting for the 'Stros. Dude is about my height, and by that I don't mean the stated "5-7."

Remember: the Brewers never panic like you do.

TH on a roll tonight with his tweets:

#Brewers just announced 44,306 at Miller Park tonight. Astros big draw wherever they go.

The way the #Brewers are hitting, you really have to hand it to them, and that's what the Astros are doing.

Gallardo's line:
7 IP, 1 ER (that shouldn't be earned at all), 4 H, 0 BB, 7 K

Really nice starts. I love when we get back to back starts deep into the game, as our bullpen can get some much needed rest.

I'm interested to find out the distance on that one. At least 470 feet I would guess.

Location: Somewhere near Mark A's place
Even Prince impressed himself there. Nice to see the big boy belting a boomer before the Classies come to town.

I hate when objects get in the way of distance. They can try to triangulate the projected distance all they want, it's never right or even consistent.

Russell the Muscle keeps the record for now--unless Hit Tracker decides it is a different distance.

Gallardo with one K per inning, both in terms of rate and in terms of actual occurrence. I don't know why I think that's interesitng.

Nice hit last inning by Mr. Unknown.

(Not sure if the image is going to show up)

That's kind of sad. Then Unknown gets a double in his major league debut.

I signed up for a fantasy sports site where you can play daily games for free (you can pay, too, but I think I'll pass on that). I did a salary cap game today against five other people (each player has a salary and you have $100K to spend). I loaded my team up with Brewers - Hart, Braun, Fielder, Lucroy, and Gallardo - worked out very nicely. Who would've thought that Braun would be the weak link?

I'm playing Jemile Weeks, too.

Jimenez to the Indians? Wow.

Who would have thought that the Indians would have gone from crowds of 8,500 listless fans in April to purchasing Fukudome and Jimenez at the deadline?

At least it didn't say Unknown on the big scoreboard. THAT would have been funny. Let's go Loe give the big boys another night off. I'd also consider giving Lucroy a day off tomrrow but I know that won't happen.

I'd kick in an extra dollar to watch Kameron Loe pitch to Jose Altuve...or for the two to stand next to each other.

Lucroy went 3-4 tonight and just had a day off yesterday. Not sure why you would want to sit him tomorrow.
